		<description>Although I&#039;ve had some great support from a local homebrewer in past brews, my attempt at Caribou Slobber was a solo flight for me.  I thought the instructions Northern Brewer were excellent.  I brewed on Sept. 26 and fermentation began the next day.  It is now Oct. 1 and the brew is looking good.  Will keep you posted.
